How to control quality?: firstly, Our QC team will check material quality(IQC) ,
then Mould injection,products assembly,Our QC team will inspect some products during producing in random(IPQC),third,
after all order finish, our QC team will inspect 10% of order to avoide all problems(FQC).
In case, there is quality problem after we receive products, is there any compensation clause?: Yes, In case there is quality problem after your receive products, we will do our best to solve it firstly,
if some of spare part have problem, we will post it by TNT Or DHL to you to change it.
And if other problem, we can solve it according to exact problem, and give you some discount.
can we have some spare part for standby?: Yes, we can load some fragile part with your order.
So in case there is some problem after using our products,
you can change it at once.
How are the products packaged?: Normally the products are packaged in pleastic bags, bubble air, foam and the best carton box if delivery under FCL itme (full container load).The products will be packaged in wooden if delivery by LCL item (less than container load).
